Simple Homemade Berries and Chocolate Granola Recipe
Delicious, easy granola recipe you can make from scratch! This granola is crunchy and sweet. Made with natural sugar, oats and pecans, filled with cranberries and chocolate!

- 2 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup rice cereal
- 1 cup chopped pecans or other available nuts
- ¼ cup butter or oil of choice
- 1 cup honey or maple syrup
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ½ cup chocolate chips
Combine oats, rice cereal, and nuts in a large bowl.
Add melted butter and honey. Stir in with large spoon or by hand. Make sure the dry granola is completely and evenly coated with the wet ingredients.
Add in dried cranberries.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until mixture is golden brown. Stir the granola every 6-7 minutes to bake evenly.
After the mixture has cooled completely, add in chocolate chips.
Store in quart mason jars or other glass container with airtight lid. Granola will store for up to six months with airtight seal.
