No Bake Chocolate Cranberry Protein Bites
A delicious, easy to make high protein snack! These protein bites are full of dark and white chocolate, and dried cranberries. Leave off the cranberries to make chocolate chip protein bites!

Total Time 2 hours hrs 5 minutes mins
- 2 cups raw oats
- 2 tbsp honey or sugar
- 1 ½ cups peanut butter
- ⅓ cup cranberries
- ⅓ cup dark chocolate chips
- ⅓ cup white chocolate chips
Combine peanut butter and honey until smooth to even out sweetness.
Stir in oats, cranberries, and chocolate chips.
Roll into balls and store in the refrigerator or freeze individually on a parchment lined sheet pan.
