High Protein Sausage Balls
Never dry, high protein sausage balls made with cream cheese!

- 1 lb mild or hot pork sausage
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 16 oz cheddar cheese
- 1 ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp salt
Combine sausage, softened cream cheese, flour, salt, and baking powder by hand in a large mixing bowl or stand mixer bowl.
Add shredded cheese.
Roll into balls using a heaping tablespoon of the sausage ball dough. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake at 350℉ for 12-15 minutes or until the balls are completely cooked in the center.
