1. Heat about a quarter inch of olive oil in a large skillet on medium-low heat.
2. Mix flour, salt, and baking powder in a large bowl. Add water and oil.
3. On a floured surface, roll out flatbread in the desired shape.
4. Place flatbread in heated skillet and cook for two minutes per side or until light brown spots appear. (You may need to adjust time and or heat depending on your stove.)
5. Once finished move flatbreads to a baking sheet.
6. After brushing with garlic butter, add chicken, onion, cilantro, and cheese.
7. Bake in the oven at 350 for 10 minutes or until cheese has melted.
Garlic Herb Butter
Melt butter. Stir in garlic and cilantro. Brush onto untopped flatbreads with a spoon or butter brush.
