Double Chocolate Protein Muffins
Delicious chocolate protein muffins made with protein powder, protein oats, and chocolate chips!

- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/3 cup oil or butter melted
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup protein oats
- 4 scoops chocolate protein powder
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Combine milk, butter, honey, and eggs in a large mixing bowl or stand mixer.
Add protein powder and oats. Mix until batter is brown from the chocolate powder.
Add baking powder, soda, salt, and flour. Mix until smooth. Gently mix in chocolate chips.
Fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake at 350℉ for about 15 minutes.
